Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and not binding. Some products are prepared after ordering or shipped from international locations. This may result in longer delivery times. If a significant delivery delay occurs, the customer will be informed.

9. Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Opened or worn wigs, hair pieces, braids, or extensions
• Hygiene products or cosmetics
• Sealed items once the seal has been removed
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Sale items marked as non-returnable
• Wigs, hair extensions, closures/frontals (opened)
• Beauty products
• Lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits (hygiene seal removed)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after inspection and are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the item and place a new order.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

All images, designs, logos, and content on Belioras are the property of Belioras or used with permission.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

Belioras is not responsible for:

• Customs delays
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• Improper use of products
• Third-party system failures (payment providers, shipping carriers)

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

• we will refund all payments received
• within 14 days
• using the same payment method used for the original purchase

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
