RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of hair products, Belioras Luxe Hair maintains a strict hygiene policy.

We do NOT accept returns if:

• The hair has been worn or installed
• Lace has been cut
• Hair has been washed, brushed, coloured, bleached, styled
• Tags have been removed
• The product is no longer in its original condition

Eligible for Return or Exchange

We accept returns ONLY if:

• You received the wrong item
• Your item arrived damaged
• Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Refund Process

If approved:

• Refund is issued to your original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
