We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene laws, we accept returns ONLY IF:

• The wig/hair is unworn
• Lace is uncut
• Hair is in original packaging
• Tags are intact
• No perfume, makeup, glue, or styling
• Return request within 14 days

If these conditions are not met, returns are refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Opened or worn wigs, hair pieces, braids, or extensions
• Hygiene products or cosmetics
• Sealed items once the seal has been removed
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Sale items marked as non-returnable
• Worn wigs
• Cut lace
• Used accessories
• Custom orders

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after inspection and are issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• EU Countries: approx. 7–21 business days
• UK: approx. 7–21 business days

4. Tracking

All orders receive a tracking number.

International customers are responsible for customs fees.
